1. Acceptance of Terms By using the Elevate reporting software (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using this on behalf of a client or business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Description of Service Elevate provides a unified social media reporting dashboard that integrates with third-party platforms (including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn). The Service aggregates data from these platforms to provide digital marketing analytics and progress reports.
3. Third-Party Platform Integration Our Service relies on APIs provided by third-party platforms. By connecting your social media accounts to our Service, you agree to:

Comply with the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Developer Terms.

Comply with the terms of all other integrated platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn).

Grant Elevate the necessary permissions to access, pull, and display your analytical data for the purpose of report generation.
4. Data Usage and Reporting

Accuracy: While we strive for precision, we are not responsible for inaccuracies in data provided by the third-party social media platforms.

Client Data: You retain all rights to your data. We use this data solely to generate reports for your internal use or for your designated clients.

No Resale: You may not sell or redistribute the raw data obtained through our Service to third parties, except as part of the finished marketing reports provided to your clients.
5. Prohibited Conduct Users of the Service must not:

Scrape, crawl, or use automated systems to extract data from the dashboard.

Circumvent API rate limits or security measures.

Use the Service to create “Shadow Profiles” or engage in unauthorized surveillance.

Remove any attribution or watermarks required by the source platforms (e.g., TikTok logo on video stats).
6. Limitation of Liability Elevate is a digital marketing agency tool. We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by third-party API outages or changes in platform developer policies that may restrict data access.
7. Termination We reserve the right to revoke access to the Service if these terms or the terms of our third-party partners (like TikTok) are violated. Upon termination, any cached platform data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
